| Exchange and Refund Policy Size exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery (if same fabric is out of stock, you may choose an alternate fabric). Claims for refunds based on faulty workmanship are to be made within 15 days of delivery. A REFUND CLAIM NUMBER will be issued by Icewear upon receiving a claim for faulty workmanship. Refunds will not be considered for items without a claim number and they will be shipped back to the sender. Items are cut and sewn as per individual order and are made for final use and not for viewing. Purchases made with the intention of viewing will not be reversed. |
