Designs at ICEWEAR start with sketches and fabric recommendations that are reviewed until we are satisfied that the styling and fabric choices integrate harmoniously. This is so important for the skater, who not only must convey a mood with their choice of dress, but must also consider functionality that will get them through performances or practices as comfortably as possible. Fabric properties are scrutinized and must meet exacting criteria in order to be incorporated into a design so that the characteristics of each fabric such as drapability, durability and stretch ability are considered before yielding the fabric's unique role. The result is a garment with personality that will perform when it really counts.... when in motion.

Special Orders
Perhaps you might like the fabric, skirt or sleeve of one style to be substituted into another style. We will evaluate your request and let you know if it is feasible. The option to have a dress specially ordered in a combination that suits you better, makes Icewear selections virtually limitless. To evaluate your request we will need to know fabric type, fabric color, size or sizes, details of substitution and we will give you a Special Style Number and price quote so that you may order online or by phone immediately. In the case that your request may have limitations, we will let you know and give you alternate suggestions or choices if possible.

Size Chart
The ICEWEAR size chart is unique to ICEWEAR designs. A perfect fit is assured when you order the size that best matches your measurements. If you need our help, send us your Chest, Waist, Hips and Girth measurements.

Exchange and Refund Policy
Size exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery (if same fabric is out of stock, you may choose an alternate fabric).  Claims for refunds based on faulty workmanship are to be made within 15 days of delivery.  A REFUND CLAIM NUMBER will be issued by Icewear upon receiving a claim for faulty workmanship.  Refunds will not be considered for items without a claim number and they will be shipped back to the sender.  Items are cut and sewn as per individual order and are made for final use and not for viewing.  Purchases made with the intention of viewing will not be reversed.

All our online credit card transactions are through a secured third party vendor. We are an InternetSecure Certified Merchant. ICEWEAR does not have access to your credit card information. ICEWEAR mailing lists or customer information will not be made available to any other party. ICEWEAR has been selling on the World Wide Web for three years and wishes to continue to grow by providing our customers with safe and secure online transactions.
