The shipping fee is a combination that involves both the Delivery and the Production of garments.  Delivery is the time a garment will be in transit and Production is the time required for construction. We don't stock ready made garments, but cut and sew each garment after an order is placed.  Therefore, the more you can plan ahead, the more you can save..
 
For a required delivery date that is earlier than outlined, please contact us by phone to speak with a representative for further options.  Our Production Schedule and fabric availability must be considered before we can commit to deliveries that require a special express service not shown. 

Shipping costs above are based on the delivery of one dress.  Shipping costs are calculated for you automatically when placing your order.  If you wish to calculate the exact shipping costs prior to order placement, simply create a mock order and abort the process before providing payment information. This will calculate the weight of your order and determine the cost of your preferred shipping method. Remember, you may always abort your order at any point in the ordering cycle before confirming your payment details. Orders are only accepted and processed once payment information is provided.
 
Exchange and Refund Policy
Size exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery (if same fabric is out of stock, you may choose an alternate fabric).  Claims for refunds based on faulty workmanship are to be made within 15 days of delivery.  A REFUND CLAIM NUMBER will be issued by Icewear upon receiving a claim for faulty workmanship.  Refunds will not be considered for items without a claim number and they will be shipped back to the sender.  Items are cut and sewn as per individual order and are made for final use and not for viewing.  Purchases made with the intention of viewing will not be reversed.
